The challenge
A solo practitioner competes against firms with research departments, docketing staff and associates who stay up all night polishing a brief. One person can’t match that headcount. They shouldn’t have to.
What we built
A dedicated Counsel Herd working inside the attorney’s own practice:
- The Judge reads the brief the way the bench will and flags weak spots and likely questions, so the attorney practices in front of a tough bench before the real one.
- Opposing Counsel attacks the argument first, with counterarguments and adverse authority.
- The Clerk calculates and calendars deadlines and watches the docket.
- The Researcher verifies every citation and flags authority that’s been overturned or weakened.
The attorney stays in charge of every judgment call. The herd does the preparation, the checking and the remembering.
